It's no secret that the Russian bath is very beneficial for health and wellness. In this article we give some recommendation to those who often go to the bath, and for those who are just going to do it.

Bath will be more useful to your body if when taking it, you'll use the contrast of temperatures. People used to jump into a snowdrift, or plunged into the ice hole, but nowadays it is enough to simply pour over a bucket of cold water.
If you are not prepared for extreme changes in temperatures, we recommend you to make a "snow massage" - it will give the effect of tempering at not such a strong temperature differences, as in the case of the snowdrift or ice hole.
To women taking a bath as a tempering procedure one can recommend massaging the skin with small pieces of ice. It can be as ordinary ice as ice consisting of frozen juice or tea.
