A hot SPA bath is not allowed for children under 16 years of age. An ordinary bath can be taken by children at the age of 12 accompanied by adults. Prior to going to a humid SPA area one can use the waiting area, which is equipped with special chairs and a network of special fitting and dressing rooms.
In a private cabin before a procedure there are lockers of a limited size to store clothes and personal belongings. For security reasons large bags or suitcases can not be kept there. A SPA salon will be responsible for any damage, injury or loss caused to guests or their property.
A bathing suit should be worn in all public places for SPA. A towel, robe and slippers are not included in a session price, but you can bring your own accessories or rent them in a salon.
Upon arrival at a SPA salon you are provided with the key for your locker, and the time of the beginning of procedures and their duration are recorded. During the rest between procedures you can order food or drinks at a restaurant which are paid according to a final bill after the completion of all procedures in a SPA salon.
